THIS THURSDAY AT GREEN NOTE, CAMDEN
Naughty Jack and Family will be playing at The Green Note, which is a very cool restaurant and venue in Camden Town. Everybody sits at candle-lit tables, the sound is great and the atmosphere is intimate. The food is good so why not call a couple of friends and book a table... 020 7485 9899. Otherwise just roll up and have a few drinks. We're on at 9pm and it's £6 in.

SUNDAY AFTERNOON AT BOOGALOO,
THE SWEETEST LITTLE JUKE JOINT IN THE WORLD
Flooding may have rained-off the Sunrise Celebration in Somerset, where we were supposed to play on saturday but at The Boogaloo they have a roof. The rumoured sunday afternoon barbeque may still be under threat, but live music will start triumphantly 7pm. This month, we're joined by fingerpicking scottish-american folkster David Ogilvy.

RADIO SESSION THIS SUNDAY NIGHT. ON TALKSPORT?
We at Wang Dang Doodle towers are still trying to make sense of it ourselves but if TalkSport (1089/1053AM National) want a break from football know-it-alls for half an hour to hear what Naughty Jack has got to say for himself, then so be it. The session will consist of 4 tracks played live and an interview, just after 11.30pm on Sunday 16th March. It's on James Whale's show or maybe George Galloway...

COVER OF NICKELBACK'S "ROCKSTAR" TOOK ALL NIGHT
My bat wielding manager, the "doktor", came back from Nashville raving about how Nickelback's "Rockstar" is a stupidly big hit over there, with every band in every bar covering the song and every punter singing along. He told me to make a video and wouldn't take no for an answer - it took all night.

NAUGHTY JACK AT PORTOBELLO GOLD THIS SUNDAY 3RD FEB
The Portobello Gold is pub on Portobello Road, Notting Hill, where weathered old sea dogs dress up like toffs and toffs dress up like weathered old sea dogs. The roast dinners are good and it's an lovely place to spend a sunday afternoon. Naughty Jack and friends are on all evening from 6.30pm. The pub is much cooler than it's website...
